Nederlandse Loterij appoints Arno de Jong to Board of Directors

Arno de Jong was appointed Chief Customer Officer of the Dutch Lottery as of July 1. In this position, he also joins the Board of Directors of the gaming organization, which already consisted of CEO Arjan Blok and CFRO Jet Roos-van Aerssen.

Arno de Jong has worked for the Dutch Lottery since 2016 as Chief Marketing Officer. Before that, he was director of marketing at De Lotto, the organization that merged with The Dutch State Lottery in 2016 to form the Dutch Lottery.

Under De Jong’s leadership, the market position of the Dutch Lottery developed exponentially and the Dutch Lottery won many professional prizes, including four Golden Loekis for the commercials of the Staatsloterij New Year’s Eve draw.

In his new position, De Jong is responsible for the customer strategy, the game brands and the integrated commercial policy of the Netherlands Lottery.
