WNBA betting at BetMGM is more popular than ever.

“BetMGM has already taken as many bets for the first half of the 2024 season as we did for all of 2023, Michael Ranftle, BetMGM Senior Sports Trader, said. “Between more player prop offerings, the ‘Caitlin Clark Effect’ and the incredible rise in popularity of the WNBA, we’re experiencing historic increases in betting on the WNBA.”

Historic increases in betting: 

• Nearly 3X as many bets in 1st half of season YoY

Women betting on women: 

• Over 2X as many women betting on the WNBA in 1st half of season YoY

Indiana Fever fever:

• Clark has nearly 5X more player props bets than any other WNBA player in 1st half of season (followed by Angel Reese)
• Most bets are on the Fever to win the WNBA Championship (21.6% of tickets)
• Most bets are on Clark to win MVP (54.9% of tickets and 43.9% of handle)
