Theodore Bergqvist, a member of Catena Media plc’s board of directors since May 2019, has informed the Company of his intention to step down from his role as non-executive director with immediate effect.

The company has yet to consider a replacement and the board, chaired by Erik Flinck, will continue with five non-executive directors until further notice. 

The board would like to thank Mr. Bergqvist for his service and wishes him well for the future.
