Aristocrat Interactive iLottery announces key hires

Aristocrat Interactive iLottery is pleased to welcome the addition of three experienced lottery leaders to its team. These strategic hires come as a direct result of Aristocrat Interactive iLottery’s increased demand and rapidly growing North American customer base.

Stephanie DuVal joins the team as Director of Customer Marketing, North America. In this role, she will lead our business-to-consumer (B2C) digital marketing strategies for the North American lottery market, focusing on customer acquisition, affiliate marketing, retention marketing, loyalty programs, and customer relationship management (CRM). With over 15 years of experience in CRM and digital engagement, Stephanie has worked with major brands including Liberty Mutual Insurance, Biogen Idec and Sony PlayStation. She most recently served as CRM and Loyalty Manager at the Virginia Lottery, where she was instrumental in driving customer engagement and loyalty initiatives.

Shane Taylor joins the team as Account Director for the New Hampshire Lottery Commission (NHLC). He will manage and strengthen Aristocrat Interactive’s relationship with NHLC, focusing on customer success, competitive market strategies, and contract management. With over a decade of experience in gaming and lottery, Shane’s background includes launching social gaming at Bally’s Casino Dover and contributing to product development and promotions at the Maryland Lottery. He comes to Aristocrat Interactive from the Massachusetts State Lottery, where he spearheaded product launches and advertising efforts as Product Manager.

Jessie Teague joins us as iLottery Marketing Director, where she will be responsible for driving the growth of the NHLC iLottery program, achieving KPIs, and implementing digital marketing strategies. Jessie brings over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, including nearly eight years with the Kentucky Lottery, where she held the role of Director of Strategic Marketing.
