Online drives Lottomatica third-quarter revenue to €27.8 billion
Lottomatica Group Spa announced Wednesday that its board of directors approved the consolidated interim financial statements for the nine months ended Sept. 30, reporting total revenue for the period of EUR27.8 billion, up 28 percent from EUR21.71 billion for the same period in 2023.
Revenues increase 19 percent to EUR1.42 billion from EUR1.19 billion in the first nine months of 2023.
Adjusted Ebitda rises to EUR483.1 million from EUR426.4 million in the same period 2023, thus improving by 13%.
Net debt is EUR1.90 billion from EUR1.25 billion as of Dec. 31.
The company also reported an all-time high market share growth in the third quarter, with a total Online market share of nearly 30 percent; Market share iSports is over 31 percent while Market share iGaming is at 29.7 percent.
Finally, the board confirmed 2024 guidance with revenues between EUR2.03 billion and EUR2.08 billion and adjusted Ebitda expected between EUR700-730 million.
