The Swedish Gaming Authority has banned Goodwin N.V. to provide games in Sweden without
necessary license, the decision applies immediately.

The Swedish Gaming Authority initiated a supervisory case against the website immerion.com
after it was suspected that the site provides games that aimed at the Swedish market without the necessary license.

The Swedish Gaming Authority has completed a hidden test purchase on the website. However, the test purchase has not been completed. When checking the website it appeared that – the website has information in Swedish – the website has an FAQ in Swedish – the company or the company’s so-called “affiliates” have marketing on Swedish.

In the supervision, it has not emerged that Swedish consumers are prevented from register and can create an account on the relevant website.

During the inspection, it has emerged that the website that was checked is owned and operated by Goodwin N.V. with the address Abraham de Veerstraat 1, Willemstad, Curaçao.Goodwin N.V. are active in Curaçao under license no OGL/2024/758/0228.
