The Swedish Gambling Authority Spelinspektionen has banned ASG 360 Services Limited / GGBET from providing gambling services in Sweden without the necessary license.

GGBet is operated by ASG 360 Services Limited and based in Cyprus.

According to Spelinspektionen the market channelization rate was 86% in 2023, meaning that 14% of Swedish players placed bets on unlicensed platforms.

However, industry estimates from BOS (Swedish Online Gambling Association) and ATG (the state-owned betting operator) suggest the real figure is between 70% and 80%, highlighting growing issues over offshore operators.
