Fanatics Betting & Gaming launches in the Philippines
Fanatics Betting & Gaming has come to the Philippines, celebrating the launch of its partnership with Claymore Solutions to further position the country as a premier destination for regulated gaming support.
Claymore Solutions is accredited by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (Pagcor) as a Special Class BPO, which authorizes them to provide back-office support exclusively to internationally licensed gaming operators, without engaging in betting operations or the handling of gaming funds.
The company offers a complete suite of services, including HR, payroll, and fully serviced office space and clients may also opt to use Claymore’s recruitment services or deploy their own in-house talent acquisition teams.
At a prestigious ribbon-cutting ceremony held at the new Claymore offices dedicated to Fanatics Betting and Gaming in Taguig City, Fanatics Betting and Gaming CTO Ian Botts and CFO Andrea Ellis joined Claymore Solutions Chairman and co-founder Paul Fox and co-founder Nathan Kinsella.
Following the government’s discontinuation of the Pogo (Philippine Offshore Gaming Operator) licensing regime, over 40,000 Filipinos were displaced from gaming-related employment.
Fanatics Betting and Gaming CTO Ian Botts said: ”We are excited to access world-class talent to support our operations as we continue our mission to deliver a premier gaming experience for our customers.”
Fanatics Betting and Gaming CFO Andrea Ellis added: ” “It’s a real honor to help open this beautiful new space. It represents so much more than just desks and whiteboards — it’s a physical symbol of a partnership that’s been years in the making.”
