Virgin Bet launch Subs for Subs to reward fans with year of football subscriptions

Weekends sorted. Virgin Bet are changing the game with Subs for Subs, a new campaign giving football fans and their mates the chance to win the ultimate fan prize: a full year of football subscriptions, all paid for.
Whether you’re a die-hard supporter who’s never missed a match or just love kicking back and watching the football on your sofa, this is your chance to make sure you never miss a moment next season.
The campaign officially kicks off on Friday 15 August, in line with the start of the 25/26 Premier League season and will run across Absolute Radio, as Virgin Bet celebrates its third year sponsoring Rock ‘N’ Roll Football.
To enter, fans across the UK are invited to tell their story, why they and a mate deserve to win a year of football. they’ll be on lookout for the most passionate supporters – those who live for matchday and bleed club colours week in, week out. The best entries will win Subs for Subs, a full season’s subscription refund for both the entrant and their chosen mate.
YouGov research commissioned by Virgin Bet highlighted that the cost of subscriptions is now the biggest barrier stopping fans from watching the game they love. Subs for Subs is helping football fans stay connected to the sport and the moments that matter most.
The campaign is part of Virgin Bet’s wider brand purpose, A Good Bet – a commitment to removing barriers in sport and rewarding real fans. Other initiatives under this purpose include ‘A Grand Isn’t Grand’, which refunded season ticket costs for fans affected by dramatic price hikes, and ‘Women’s Day’ racecourse events celebrating inclusivity and safety in sport.
