evoke plc, one of the world’s leading betting and gaming companies with internationally renowned brands including William Hill, 888 and Mr Green, is excited to announce that it has officially opened its new offices at West Village in Leeds.

The innovative, new office brings together more than 750 colleagues across brand and creative, finance, broadcast, retail, trading, product, technology, compliance, AML and people teams, under one roof. It has been designed with best-in-class facilities centred around collaboration. Colleagues will benefit from numerous meeting rooms, whiteboard areas and breakout spaces, making it a workplace fit for modern work. In line with evoke’s balance policy, most teams will continue to primarily work from home, using the office as a dedicated space for collaboration and connection.

A state-of-the-art broadcast studio, due to open in November, will be a standout feature of the new office. The facility will elevate evoke’s existing setup, with the addition of a podcast studio and multiple production booths. This investment will not only strengthen support for evoke’s retail estate but also drive a step change in evoke’s wider content strategy.

To mark the launch, colleagues were welcomed with guided tours of the new space, activity stations and friendly competitions with ambassadors, hosted by Move Makers, colleagues who have supported with the complex transition to the new site. Sporting personalities Wayne Mardle and Leonna Mayor joined the celebrations, which concluded with a dedicated evening event at Manahatta in Leeds city centre.

The move, and investment in Leeds, underpins evoke’s ongoing commitment to the city, which is today a key hub for the Group.

It also reflects evoke’s Value Creation Plan, which is centered on creating a winning culture. The Leeds office has been designed to support this high-performance culture and provides a workplace where colleagues can unleash their full potential. In line with the Group’s values to “Win Together”, the investment reinforces evoke’s commitment to creating a great place to work and recognises the importance of a collaborative and winning culture.

Rik Barker, Group CITO at evoke, said: “We’re proud to open our new office at West Village in Leeds. Leeds is a key hub for our business, and this long term investment underlines our commitment to the city and to the colleagues who make an impact here. The launch was a fantastic milestone, with teams exploring the innovative workspace and its modern facilities built for collaboration. We’re delighted to re-launch evoke in Leeds and I’m keen for us to play a growing role in the city’s tech communities.””
