PrizePicks rolls out early exit feature

Launches

PrizePicks, the leading sports entertainment operator in North America, announced today the launch of its early exit feature.

The new feature gives players the option to get paid on a Lineup that hasn’t fully finished, on select sports and stat types. Players will now have real-time control of their Lineups and can strategically cash in based on the momentum of a contest or choose to ride their picks to the end.

PrizePicks players will have the opportunity to use an Early Payout slider once two or more players in an eligible Lineup have started playing. The payout value updates throughout the game based on player performance, putting strategy and control directly in the user’s hands. A new Pulse tab within the PrizePicks app lets players track their potential payout in real time with a dynamic progress graph that updates as the action unfolds.

The new feature gives players a chance to guarantee a payout while the games are still going, or call it quits on a busted Lineup before it goes to zero.

Smarter Plays in Real Time: Everyone loves to follow the game with a Lineup locked in. Now, players can keep an eye on their early exit value and get paid without needing to sweat the full slate. This gives players the power to make real-time decisions based on performance and momentum.

Instant Payouts: Once a player swipes on the Early Payout slider under their Lineup, the payout will hit their balance immediately and the Lineup will be settled. Players can immediately use these funds to create a new Lineup.

PrizePicks also recently announced a host of new social features headlined by The Feed. The new feature combines PrizePicks’ player profiles with a first-of-its-kind social feed that allows users to see and interact with picks their friends and the PrizePicks community are making in real time, bringing debates out of the group chat and into the PrizePicks app.
