Flutter Entertainment Brazil has aannounced a new leadership structure that marks the natural evolution of the company and reflects our commitment to sustainable growth, responsibility, and continuous innovation.

João Studart assumes the role of Chairman of Flutter Brazil, supporting the board and leadership in consolidating the strategy and expanding the company’s institutional presence, always in alignment with the vision of Flutter International.

Eduardo Monte will now occupy the position of CEO of Flutter Brazil, after his trajectory as COO of the company, bringing a strategic and integrative vision to the next phase of the operation. In his new role, Eduardo will report directly to Dan Taylor, CEO of Flutter International, further strengthening our alignment with the Group’s global strategy.

This new structure strengthens a Flutter Brazil even more prepared for the future and guided by the values ​​that have brought us this far: integrity, innovation, and teamwork.
