Missouri released its second-ever sports betting report for January 2026, offering the first full look at a complete month of regulated activity following the December 2025 launch.

In January, Missouri sportsbooks processed $385,138,867.63 in total handle, generating $6,703,555.44 in revenue at a 1.74% hold. The state collected $137,872.82 in taxes.

Online betting drove nearly all activity, accounting for $380,412,197.46 of total handle. Retail sportsbooks contributed $4,726,670.17, reinforcing Missouri’s early digital-first structure.

Missouri’s December 2025 debut generated $543,039,131.42 in handle and $20,758,443.11 in revenue, with a 3.82% hold.
