A major investment in Gibraltar’s gaming sector has been formally marked today, with the official opening of Entain’s newly refurbished offices on the Gibralter. 

Gibraltar’s largest private sector employer has invested £7.5 million into the site, alongside a new ten-year lease. 

The company says the refurbishment reflects a long-term commitment to Gibraltar.  It comes at a time of wider uncertainty for the sector, with Entain having previously said it will absorb recent increases in gaming duties.

The move comes with a new ten-year lease on the premises, which span approximately 3,500 square metres. The Minister for Financial Services, Nigel Feetham, said the investment was “great news” for Gibraltar and reflects the company’s long-term financial commitment to the Rock.
