Flutter mulls delisting from London Stock Exchange

Finance News

Flutter Entertainment, the parent company of Paddy Power and Betfair, has announced that it is contemplating a complete delisting from the London Stock Exchange.

This potential move represents another considerable challenge for London, as more major corporations direct their focus on the US market.

The gaming powerhouse is currently reviewing its secondary listing in London and may ultimately opt for a full cancellation, with an update anticipated by the end of June.

In 2024, Flutter transitioned its primary listing from London to New York as it accelerated its expansion in the United States, spurred by the impressive growth of its FanDuel sportsbook business following the liberalization of gambling regulations across various states.
