Kalshi filed with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission on Monday to self-certify perpetual futures tied to 12 altcoins.

The slate covers Ethereu, XRP, Solana, Dogecoin, Stellar, Chainlink, Bitcoin Cash , Litecoia, Sui, Shiba, Polkadot, and Heder.

The contracts were certified on Jun. 1 under the KalshiEX platform. The move follows the agency’s approval of Bitcoin perpetual futures last week, the platform’s first such launch in the country.

The regulator said it would weigh each token on its own merits rather than grant blanket clearance.
