Exclusive Interview with Hayk Sargsyan, Chief Executive Officer at Galaxsys
How would you describe where Galaxsys is heading with its game development right now?
Currently, we are focused on strengthening our slot and fast games portfolio with unique and interactive titles. For fast games, we are focusing on one clear direction: making them feel even more natural and intuitive, without turning them into something complicated.
In this category, players don’t want long explanations or instructions. They want to open a game and understand it almost immediately. At the same time, that simplicity should not mean the experience is shallow. So our approach is to take very simple, familiar actions, like tapping, swiping, or scrolling, and turn them into meaningful gameplay moments. The goal is always the same – remove unnecessary friction and keep the experience as direct as possible. If a game starts to feel like it needs a manual, we see that as a signal that we’ve probably added too much.

Galaxsys has just launched Instawin. What was the initial idea behind this concept?
It all started from a very simple observation about how people use their phones today. Most of us scroll constantly through feeds, content, updates, and often without even thinking about it. It has become one of the most natural digital behaviours. We wanted to take that behaviour and turn it into something interactive in a gaming context.
So Instawin is built around that idea: every swipe becomes a complete moment in the game, and every moment delivers an instant outcome. There is no waiting, no build-up, and no delay between action and result. The experience is designed to feel familiar because the interaction is familiar, but what happens after each swipe is where the game becomes something different.
What makes Instawin different from traditional fast or instant games?
The main difference is the way the player interacts with the game. Instead of a single button press or a one-off trigger, Instawin uses a continuous swipe-based flow. Each interaction is not just part of a sequence, it is a full, standalone event with its own immediate result.
This creates a very direct experience where there is no confusion about what is happening. You swipe, you see the outcome instantly, and you move on. The rhythm is fast, clean, and very straightforward. We wanted to avoid unnecessary layers and keep the focus on timing.
Alongside Instawin, Galaxsys is also launching Infinity this June. What can you tell us about this new title, and what can players expect from it?
Infinity is still in development, but it represents a different direction in terms of gameplay design compared to Instawin.
While Instawin is focused on instant reactions and swipe-based outcomes, Infinity explores a more progressive structure. It is a crash-type game built around a continuously running coefficient that never stops or resets. Unlike traditional crash formats, there are no rounds, instead the coefficient constantly fluctuates, moving both up and down over time. The core gameplay is centered on timing, as each bet locks in the current coefficient and challenges the player to anticipate whether it will increase within the next five seconds
So within our fast games portfolio, Infinity sits on a different side of the spectrum. It offers a different type of engagement, while still staying true to simplicity and accessibility.
What is the broader vision behind developing these new concepts simultaneously?
Our approach is to experiment with multiple ideas at the same time, especially when it comes to new mechanics and ways of interacting with games. We don’t treat each new title as an isolated product. Instead, we see them as part of a wider exploration of what fast games can become. Instawin and Infinity are good examples of this thinking in practice.
One focuses on instant, continuous interaction; the other on progression and evolving gameplay. Together, they help us understand different player behaviours and preferences. And that is where we see the real long-term value.
