DAZN and Tabcorp Power WorldPlay Rollout Across Five Countries in new partnership

DAZN, the world’s leading sports entertainment platform, and Tabcorp, the major Australian betting operator, have announced the launch of WorldPlay on DAZN Bet and worldplay.com, a global sports games platform created to bring fans together around the world’s biggest sporting events, starting with the World Cup.

WorldPlay’s first edition, launched for the tournament, allows fans to predict the outcome of every knockout match from the Round of 32 through to the Final, and follow their progress against other fans as the tournament unfolds.

WorldPlay launched across Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, and Austria, creating an addressable market of nearly 200 million people from its first edition.

The Australian version of the platform launched initially with a free-to-play World Cup bracket challenge giving eligible Australian players the chance to compete for a AUD $20 million perfect bracket and final score prize and a guaranteed AUD $500,000 prize pool on worldplay.com.

In the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Austria, eligible players will be able to compete for a £1 million perfect bracket and final score prize and a guaranteed £50,000 prize pool (or euro equivalent outside of the UK) on daznbet.com, daznbet.de, daznbet.es, and daznbet.at, respectively.

Across participating countries, the perfect bracket prize will be awarded to any eligible player who correctly predicts every knockout match and accurately calls the final score of the World Cup Final. If more than one player achieves the feat, the prize will be shared equally.

Players can begin creating their brackets now, with all predictions required to be locked in before entries close at 6:30pm BST on Sunday, 28th June and 3:30am AEST on Monday, 29 June 2026.

While millions of fans around the world watch major sporting moments at the same time, the experience can be split across domestic broadcasts, local promotions, market-by-market campaigns and fragmented conversations across social platforms. WorldPlay helps create one shared global experience around the world’s most-watched moments.

WorldPlay launched with local-language versions of the game across participating markets. It will also be supported by WorldPlayHQ, a new studio-style sports programme broadcast on DAZN in selected countries, including the UK.
