Evolution Gaming Group has ended its merger agreement involving Evolution Malta Holding takeover of Galaxy Gaming halting a takeover with the U.S. based game supplier.

Despite cancelling the deal, Evolution signalled that it intends to maintain and build on its existing commercial collaboration with Galaxy Gaming, preserving operational ties in content and technology.

Under the terms of the agreement, Evolution is required to pay Galaxy Gaming a fee of USD $5,234,678.
