Britain’s Gambling Commission has suspended the online betting and gaming licence of operator Tom Horn Gaming.

Following a review of the operating licence undertaken against Tom Horn Gaming Limited, the commission found that the Licensee breached the following sections of the LCCP:

LC 15.3.1 – General and regulatory
LC 15.2.1 – Reporting Key Events
LC 1.1.1 – Qualified persons – qualifying position
LC 2.3.1 – Technical Standards

The commission also found that the Licensee failed to comply with Ordinary Code 8.1.1 (Cooperation with the Commission).

In line with the commission’s licensing, compliance and enforcement policy statement, the Indicative sanction guidance and the statement of principles for determining financial penalties, the commission has decided to suspend the licensee’s operating licence.
