Internally developed recommendation engineLeoVegas is at the forefront of machine learning and algorithms, which it uses in a number of areas, including marketing and evaluation of various marketing channels as well as responsible gambling. LeoVegas has a highly experienced team that works with machine learning, and all development is conducted internally. This expertise and technology has now been combined to launch a recommendation engine that presents customers with a personalised selection of game recommendations.

The algorithm knows what types of games a specific customer likes and recommends other games with similar attributes. This results in a more personalised experience, and the assessment is that this will contribute to a more loyal customer base.

The recommendation engine is a unique innovation in the industry and to date has been tested by more than 60,000 customers prior to being implemented across a broader base.
