The board of directors of Gambling.com Group Plc have today resolved to appoint Gregg Michaelson as the sixth member of the board.

Gregg Michaelson was nominated to serve on the board by Edison Partners, a United States based growth equity investment firm which agreed to a USD 15.5 million investment in the equity of the Company earlier this month.

Gregg Michaelson is a Partner at Edison Partners and holds a BA from the University of Michigan as well as an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
