BetUK.com signs sponsorship deal with QPR

LeoVegas owned sportsbook, BetUK.com, will take over the reins as the club’s official betting partner and shirt sponsor for the remainder of the season.

After a group restructure, which sees Royal Panda exit the UK market, BetUK.com will take over the Championship partner opportunity, keeping the sponsorship within the LeoVegas Group.

As part of the agreement BetUK.com’s brand logo will be displayed on the front of the Hoops’ first-team shirts until the end of the season, replacing Royal Panda. BetUK.com’s brand logo will also be displayed at Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium across the South Africa Road Stand, as well as throughout other areas of the stadium and training facility. Further promotional material exists as part of the sponsorship package.

So that fans can ensure their shirt is aligned with the players, Bet UK and QPR are supporting a shirt embellishment amnesty, whereby anyone with a current (2019/20) Royal Panda branded shirt can have the logo swapped out at no additional cost.

A BetUK.com spokesperson said: “We wanted to give all supporters the opportunity to match their shirts with the players’. It’s important for us that we create a strong link between BetUK.com, the club and the supporters. We are excited to immerse ourselves into the club’s culture and fan base.”

QPR’s Commercial Director Euan Inglis said: “Royal Panda have been a fantastic partner for the last two and a half seasons. Although Royal Panda will be replaced by BetUK.com until the end of this season, our relationship with the group will be maintained by BetUK.com coming on board.”
