The Dutch Gambling Authority (KSA) has warned Holland Casino for offering online sports betting via eredivisie.nl while games were in progress.

Holland Casino had placed odds during various football matches on eredivisie.nl which led visitors to the website were bets could be placed on those matches. The Ksa investigated this weekend in response to a complaint.This form of advertising is prohibited.This is intended to protect people watching the match or checking the results from impulsive betting.

The Ksa ordered Holland Casino to stop the violation immediately. A check by the Ksa during the new round in the Eredivisie that started last night showed that the violation no longer took place.
