Aristocrat Leisure advises that Ms Anne Tucker has been appointed as Company Secretary, following the resignation of Ms Kristy Jo from the role, effective today 5 March 2024.

Ms Tucker joined Aristocrat in October 2021 and is currently the Group Deputy Chief Legal Officer. Ms Tucker has received the necessary regulatory pre-approval for her appointment as Company Secretary.

The Board thanks Ms Jo for her contribution to Aristocrat and congratulates Ms Tucker on her appointment.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Ms Tucker is now the person responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to ASX Listing Rule matters.
