Corredor Empresarial, is the second applicant to obtain the authorization of Coljuegos for the operation of online games in Colombia.

Coljuegos issued the regulation of the games of chance and chance online and a protocol, in the framework of the fight against illegality, to promote the blocking of those web pages that do not have authorization of the regulator to carry out this type of bets.

In Colombia, those who meet the financial, technical and legal requirements established by Coljuegos may operate games of chance and chance online. According to the president of Coljuegos, Juan B. Pérez Hidalgo, “With this initiative we seek greater resources for the health of Colombians, expanding the portfolio of games through innovative tools and tuning with the trend towards greater use of new technologies in the world, “said the President. In the same vein, Pérez Hidalgo stressed that Colombia is the first country in Latin America to regulate games operated by the Internet, which has sparked an interest in investing in this sector.

In the next days Coljuegos hopes to announce the authorization for new operators of online games and in this way increase the resources for the health of the Colombians. “We want more operators to obtain the authorization of Coljuegos to achieve a strong sector and in tune with the new technologies,” Pérez Hidalgo concluded.
