Commenting on the partnership, chief commercial officer of AC Milan, Maikel Oettle, said: “We are delighted to have started this collaboration with Reals.”

“This exciting partnership marks an important step in our ongoing efforts to expand AC Milan’s presence worldwide.

“By working with Reals, we aim to strengthen our connection with a crucial segment of our fanbase in Latin America.

“This partnership opens up new avenues for fan engagement and interaction, allowing us to bring the club closer to both our loyal supporters and new fans,” Oettle stated.

Aiming for a deeper fan engagement, CEO of Reals, Rafael Borges, praised the Serie A side for its enormous fanbase and impact.

Borges added: “To my knowledge, considering the betting companies created in Brazil and authorised to operate in the country, this is a pioneering and unprecedented international agreement.

“Through it, Reals takes another important step in consolidating its brand as a reference among the main sponsors in the sports universe and attests to its position as a serious and secure company for bettors,” he said.

Recently, Brazil has emergerd as a hotspot for betting partnerships, with the news comimg a few months after the official launch of Brazil’s betting market, which has seen more operators in the country secure sponsorships with global football clubs.

The top-flight side has held several betting partnerships over the years including Boomerang in 2024, in a deal that covered Europe, while the club has also worked with Premier Bet, Leyu Sports, SPRIBE and Sekabet in the past.

AC Milan also recently extended its sponsorship agreement with cryptocurrency company, Bitpanda, which saw them become a shirt sponsor for the club.
