DraftKings to launch mobile sportsbook in Missouri

Launches

DraftKings has announced it will launch its mobile sportsbook in Missouri on December 1, 2025, expanding its sports betting operations to its 29th U.S. state.

The company received a temporary direct mobile sports wagering license from the Missouri Gaming Commission earlier this year, allowing it to operate independently without requiring affiliation with a land-based casino or professional sports team.

DraftKings has existing partnerships with Missouri sports franchises, serving as an Official Sports Betting Operator of the Chiefs since 2022 and recently becoming an Official Sports Betting and Daily Fantasy Sports Operator of the St. Louis Blues.

“Missouri is an exciting jurisdiction for us to enter with its rich sports culture and several professional teams across the state,” said Greg Karamitis, DraftKings’ Chief Revenue Officer, to mark the launch, DraftKings will host a ceremonial first bet event on December 1 at The Palladium in St. Louis, featuring Missouri sports figures Tony Gonzalez, Isaac Bruce, and Brett Hull, alongside Missouri House Speaker Jonathan Patterson.

The company is also donating $50,000 to the Veterans Community Project, supporting the organization’s Tiny Homes initiative for homeless veterans in Missouri.
