Massachusetts set a new monthly revenue record of $98.4 million

Massachusetts’ total betting revenue was $98,466,405 ($97,144,238 online, $1,322,167 retail) for the final month of 2025, a 3.7% increase from November’s previous record of $94,943,717 (of which $93,879,565 online) in the Bay State.

The tax collections also rose 3.7% and set another record last month. December’s total sports betting state tax bill was $19,627,172 ($19,428,848 online, $198,325 retail), surpassing November’s mark of $18,935,536 in the Commonwealth.

As for the handle, or amount wagered, December’s total fell 7.6% from November’s state record of $914,667,952 to $845,267,389. The Commonwealth’s mobile sports betting handle of $833,586,023 marked a 7.6% decline from November’s record high of $901,792,601.
