Boost Casino, a Baltic-Nordic gaming brand providing a ‘pay & play’ experience within the Entain family, has partnered with ZingBrain AI, the artificial intelligence engine for iGaming, to deliver a more personalised experience to players.

The partnership has enabled Boost Casino to transition from a manually curated, static lobby to a personalised and adaptive game layout.

This includes a main ‘Recommended’ section that serves players with a range of familiar titles as well as new games they have yet to discover but are likely to enjoy. 

There is also a ‘Similar Games’ pop-up that suggests games similar to the title they have recently closed, based on a wide range of parameters including features, theme and volatility.

During the experiment, the brand saw an uplift in turnover and GGR per player, while the number of unique games played per player also increased. After the A/B test, performance remained stable in the following months. Over time, recommendation modules became the leading source of game discovery on the brand.
