Superbet are delighted to announce new appointments to the Board and Executive team.

Sergio Ezama joins us as a Non-Executive Member of the Board and Chair of the Remco Committee. He will support the Board and Executive team, leveraging his expertise across Remuneration Strategy, Culture and Leadership. Sergio currently serves as Chief Talent Officer at Netflix, a role he has held since 2021. Prior to joining Netflix, he was Global Chief Talent Officer at PepsiCo and CHRO for global functions, leading talent initiatives across 200+ countries. Sergio joined PepsiCo in 2001 and held senior HR roles across the U.S., Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America.

Mina Dimitrova joins the executive team as Chief Strategy Officer. Mina will lead organic expansion and growth initiatives, new venture incubation, AI transformation and M&A, in partnership with the Finance function. Mina brings extensive experience in strategy, transformation, and scaling high-growth businesses. At Google, she built and led EMEA Strategy & Operations and Go-To-Market teams for the advertising business. Her background also includes roles at YouTube, McKinsey & Company, and advisory work for startups and scaleups.

Andrew Watts has been appointed Chief Product Officer, leading product strategy and execution. Andrew is a highly accomplished global product executive operating at the intersection of commerce, platforms, and AI, with over 20 years of experience building and scaling products used by hundreds of millions of customers across Europe, the US, and Asia. He was part of the early Amazon team that launched video streaming in 2008 and helped scale Prime Video to over 150 million users, introducing new digital commerce models and live sports, while earning 12 U.S. patents. He later joined Zalando, where he led product strategy and the end-to-end experience for 62 million customers across 29 markets, driving the shift toward AI-powered, personalized, content-led discovery.

Olatz Urroz joins as Chief Financial Officer. Olatz is a senior finance executive with over two decades of international experience across technology, banking and industrial sectors. She previously served as Chief of Staff and Group Strategy at Bank Santander, while also acting as a Non-Executive Board Member and Head of the Audit Committee at Fluidra. Prior to this, Olatz was the CFO and SVP of PagoNxt, Santander’s global payments business, and held multiple leadership roles at Amazon, including VP and CFO of Global Customer Fulfillment and Seller Partner Services.

Alongside these appointments, Glyn Hughes, after three years as CFO, will transition back to Hellen’s Rock Capital, a strategic shareholder of Super Technologies, where he will oversee portfolio-wide initiatives. He leaves behind strong foundations and a clear legacy, having consistently delivered on financial commitments, led key refinancing and expansion initiatives, and ensured a more disciplined and robust operating model.
