Entain has announced the appointment of Sheila Bangalore as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

Bangalore brings more than 20 years of experience in the gaming, hospitality and technology sectors. She has held executive positions at Bally Technologies Inc., Aristocrat Technologies Inc., and MP Materials Corporation, and recently served on the board of Games Global Limited. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Alliance Entertainment Holding Corporation (NASDAQ:AENT).

Pierre Bouchut, Entain’s Chair, said the board welcomed Bangalore’s experience across multiple sectors, particularly in the gaming industry.

Following the appointment, Entain’s board comprises 11 members, including Chair Pierre Bouchut, Chief Executive Officer Stella David, and Chief Financial Officer Mike Snape, along with eight independent non-executive directors.

Entain operates sports betting and gaming brands including bwin, Coral, Ladbrokes, Partypoker and PartyCasino. The company is a FTSE100 constituent and operates in over 30 regulated territories. It also holds a 50/50 joint venture in BetMGM, which operates in the U.S. sports betting and iGaming market.
