Katarina Borstedt has been appointed Chief People & Culture Officer at Svenska Spel. She most recently came from the role of VP People & Culture at Munters FoodTech and has extensive experience in developing organizations, leadership and working methods in companies that are undergoing change and growth.

Katarina Borstedt will be part of the Group Management and report directly to the CEO. I am very pleased to welcome Katarina to Svenska Spel. She has extensive experience in leading HR and organizational issues in companies that are undergoing change and building for growth. This expertise will be important for us as we continue to develop Svenska Spel with a focus on sustainable growth, customer satisfaction and corporate culture. Katarina Borstedt most recently came from the role of VP People & Culture at Munters FoodTech. She has extensive experience from growth companies, industrial companies and consulting. She has previously served as Chief People & Culture Officer at Proxify and Director of Growth at Northvolt, as well as held leading roles at Ahlstrom-Munksjö and Munksjö. She has also worked as a consultant in organizational design and HR transformation at PwC and Deloitte.

I am pleased to be entrusted with the role of Chief People & Culture Officer at Svenska Spel, which is a company with a strong brand, exciting games and a clear purpose to give back to society. I hope to contribute with my experience of developing organizations, leadership and working methods in growth and change journeys. For me, HR is about creating conditions for employees and leaders to develop, with the customer and the business as a clear starting point.
