Flutter Entertainment officially delists from London Stock Exchange

Finance News

Flutter Entertainment announced on Monday that the listing of the company’s shares on the Official List of the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority and the admission to trading of those shares on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange have now been officially cancelled.

After a review of its listing structures, Flutter (concluded a delisting was in the best interests of the company and shareholders due to the level of trading activity in its shares on the LSE as well as the additional cost and regulatory and administrative obligations arising from retaining the LSE listing and other considerations.

The exit from the London Stock Exchange means that Flutter shares are now only traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
