DraftKings announced the rollout of Crown Cash, a new rewards currency that powers the company’s loyalty program, DraftKings Rewards.

Now available to eligible customers across DraftKings Casino, Sportsbook, Daily Fantasy Sports, Jackpocket and Golden Nugget Online Gaming, Crown Cash provides a simpler, more connected way for customers to view and use rewards across DraftKings.

The rollout will expand to additional offerings, including DraftKings Predictions, supporting the company’s Super App strategy to create a unified platform. 

With Crown Cash, customers can see the value they have earned in dollars and use it directly across eligible DraftKings experiences. Customers can now use Crown Cash to place eligible wagers on DraftKings Sportsbook, play games on DraftKings Casino and Golden Nugget Online Gaming, and more, creating a seamless experience from start to finish.

DraftKings Rewards will continue to feature the same five annual tiers—Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Onyx—with benefits and recognition increasing across each tier. Depending on eligibility and tier status, customers can access personalized promotions, curated offerings, travel and hospitality opportunities, and one-of-a-kind, money-can’t-buy experiences across sports and entertainment. The revamped program introduces new benefits, including Casino Weekly Bonus Back, Birthday Bonus and Crown Cash Boosts, alongside returning favorites such as Elite Rewards and Milestone Rewards.

DraftKings aims to inform customers about and encourage the use of tools such as deposit limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion. These resources are designed to help people understand their activity on DraftKings and highlight ways to make the best choices for their entertainment.
