Harry Boon to step down from The Lottery Corporation Board

The Lottery Corporatio advises that Mr Harry Boon will retire as a Non-executive Director.

Mr Boon has served on The Lottery Corporation Board since the Company’s ASX listing in June 2022 and is currently Chair of the People and Renumeration Committee.

He joined the Tatts Group Board as a Non-executive Director in May 2005 and served as its Chairman from 2007 until the Tabcorp-Tatts Group combination in December 2017.

Independent Non-Executive Director Mr Tim Poole will succeed Mr Boon as Chair of the People and Remuneration Committee on his retirement.

On Mr Boon’s retirement, Chairman of The Lottery Corporation, Dr Doug McTaggart, said: “On behalf of the Board, I thank Harry for his significant contribution to The Lottery Corporation andpreviously associated lotteries businesses. Harry’s experience and judgement have been highly valued, including through the establishment and evolution of The Lottery Corporation as a standalone ASX-listed company.

We wish Harry all the best for the future.” The Board is undertaking an orderly succession process, with a focus on maintaining the right mix of skills and experience to support the company’s refreshed strategy and long-term success.
