Eva Slámová joins Allwyn Czech Republic as new Chief People and Culture Officer

Allwyn Czech Republic is strengthening its leadership team with the appointment of Eva Slámová as Chief People and Culture Officer. An experienced HR executive, Slámová aims to foster closer integration between the Czech branch and the international group, expand career opportunities, digitize HR processes, and bolster the company’s brand as a technology-focused employer.
Eva Slámová has joined the leadership team at Allwyn Czech Republic as Chief People and Culture Officer. With over 15 years of experience in HR, she has built her career across sectors including consulting, telecommunications, media, and banking. She has led HR teams and played a key role in large-scale transformation projects at both local and regional levels.
In her new role, Slámová intends to deepen the connection between the Czech branch and the group’s international teams, facilitating the exchange of experience and know-how across borders. She also plans to focus on broadening career paths for employees and leveraging shared solutions from within the group. “I want HR to further develop its role as a business partner and fully capitalize on the advantages that come with being part of an international group,” said Slámová.
Another key priority is the digitalization of HR processes. According to Slámová, technology should help reduce unnecessary administrative burdens, streamline operations, and create more space for high-value-added work. She also intends to place a greater emphasis on data-driven decision-making and market insights.
Employer branding will also be part of her remit. Allwyn aims to demonstrate to prospective candidates that, beyond lotteries and entertainment, its business is also built on technology, data, and specialized teams. At the same time, the company intends to place greater emphasis on opportunities for professional growth and career advancement across the entire international group.
Slámová succeeds Kateřina Lukášová, who has taken on a new role as People Director at the KKCG Group.
