FS Gaming Investments has decreased its shareholding in online betting and gaming company, 888 Holdings.

According to a regulatory filing released on Monday, the London-listed company announced that FS Gaming now holds a 4.55% stake, down from 6.57%. The reduction in shares represents 20.4 million shares, valued at £23.7 million ($30.2 million) based on 888’s closing share price of 116 pence on Friday.

This move by FS Gaming Investments has raised eyebrows in the industry, with many speculating about their motivations.
