The Dutch Gaming Authority has determined that NetX Betting Limited is offering the opportunity to participate in a game of chance by means of the website www.pferdewetten.de, while no license has been issued for the latter offer on the basis of the Betting and Gaming Act.

With this, NetX Betting Limited acts in violation of Article 1, first paragraph, preamble and under a, of the Betting and Gaming Act.

The Board of Directors of the Dutch Gaming Authority has instructed NetX Betting Limited to cease offering games of chance for which no license has been granted under the Betting and Gaming Act, and to continue to do so by imposing an order subject to periodic penalty payments.
