The Swedish gambling regulator Spelinspektionen has issued a warning and a SEK28m penalty ( €1,099,548.00 ) fee to Videoslots.

Videoslots Ltd has not taken sufficiently effective measures to combat excessive gambling. They have also not followed up on the effect of the measures taken and have not acted quickly enough.

The company has thus breached the so-called duty of care. Videoslots Ltd is issued a warning and a sanction fee of SEK 12 million.
