Singapore Pools reports record full year revenue
Singapore Pools generated $12.7 billion in turnover in the financial year 2024/2025, an increase from $12.2 billion in the previous financial year.
About 97 per cent – or $12.3 billion – of this amount was returned to Singaporeans in the form of prize payouts ($9.45 billion), betting duties and taxes ($2.28 billion), and contributions to the Tote Board ($575 million).
Singapore Pools is the sole legal operator for lottery, sports betting and horse wagering in Singapore. Turnover is generated from Toto, the Singapore Sweep, 4D, sports betting and horse racing.
The operator is a subsidiary of the Tote Board, a statutory board of the Finance Ministry. The Tote Board channels operating surplus from gambling revenue to support initiatives in the community.
The Tote Board Group, which comprises the Tote Board, Singapore Pools and Singapore Turf Club, recorded $3.705 billion in income for the 2024/2025 financial year, a 4 per cent increase from $3.66 billion the previous year.
