GiG Software reports Q4 revenue of €37.6 million

GiG Software has reported increased revenue and a significantly improved result in the fourth quarter of 2025 compared to the same period the previous year. The company is reiterating its guidance.

Revenue amounted to 9.5 million euro (8.8), an increase of 8.0 percent. Adjusted EBITDA reached 1.5 million euro (0.1), corresponding to an adjusted EBITDA margin of 15.0 percent.

GiG Software CEO Richard Carter stated that 2025 marked the company’s first full year as an independently listed company and that the cost optimization program is now clearly reflected in the figures. The company states it is on track to become cash flow positive during the first half of 2026 and expects annual cost savings of approximately 4.5 million euro.

For 2026, the company is reiterating its guidance of revenues in the range of 44–48 million euro and adjusted EBITDA of 10–13 million euro, corresponding to a margin of at least 20 percent.

“The company now also has the potential to leverage its stronger financial position to expand agreements into strategic partnerships, where GiG can secure a larger share of the economics and generate additional shareholder value. We continue to review a number of attractive opportunities,” the company states in the report.
