GAN plc an award-winning developer and supplier of enterprise-level B2B Internet gaming software, services and online gaming content in the United States, announces that Mr David O’Reilly has stepped down from the Board of Directors of GAN plc in order to pursue other business interests with existing director Mr Seamus McGill appointed as non-executive Chairman of the Board.

Mr McGill is a long-standing veteran of the US casino Industry and formerly the Chief Operating Officer of Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. Seamus is a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada and has been a director of GAN plc since April 2014.
