Dominik Beier becomes CEO of Interwetten
Interwetten announces that Dominik Beier has been appointed CEO.
Dominik Beier succeeds Werner Becher, who most recently served as CEO for Interwetten for seven years. With the appointment of the 27-year-old Viennese, the founder and majority owner of Interwetten, Wolfgang Fabian, initiates the generational change and an active strategic realignment.
Dominik Beier began his professional career in 2011 at LAOLA1, from where he went to Lagardère Sports in Hamburg. In 2013, he returned to LAOLA1 (the sportsman media holding) and built up the sports marketing and media business in Austria. Most recently, as a member of the Executive Board, he was responsible for all LAOLA1 agendas. In addition, since taking over Sportradrar in the summer of 2016, he has acted as the global head of advertising & sponsorship sales for the world’s leading service provider in the sports betting industry. In doing so, he and his team look after some 100 bookmakers globally and sell sports radar marketing services.
